Attorney – Corporate Law

Tokushev & Partners Lawoffice is seeking to hire an Attorney specializing in Corporate Law.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an attorney or in-house counsel
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in corporate and commercial law
• Excellent command of English (a certificate will be considered an advantage)
• Ability to work independently on complex legal matters and assume responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and organizational abilities

An advantage would be:

• Experience in labor law and/or real estate law
