IpoTech Sofcom IPO Launch on BEAM

With decision of the Management Committee of the “Market for SME Growth”, organized by the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange” AD (BEAM) according to Protocol No. 7/13.06.2023, the Document for admission to trading of a temporary issue of shares, issued by IpoTech Sofcom AD, ISIN code BG1500003238, in view of an initial public offering of up to 1,000,000 preferred, convertible, de-materialized, registered, freely transferable shares with voting rights, with assigned ISIN code BG1200001235.

Planned date of IPO auction on the stock exchange: 21.06.2023.

In the event that all shares from the public offering are subscribed, the capital of the Issuer will be increased from the current amount of 3,000,000 shares to 4,000,000 shares, and all shares issued by the Issuer (ordinary and preferred) shall be admitted to trading on the BEAM market.
